Doctor is a Time Lord, a race from a now destroyed planet called Gallifrey. Doctor is over 900 years old and has had multiple regenerations, this one being his 11th. Because of this, it would be impossible to outline his entire 900 years; so this biography is only about the 1 major event from before now and the rest will be about his 11th Regeneration.
Major Event
Doctor is from a planet called Gallifrey, that was at one time home to millions of Time Lords like himself. With the ability to bend time and travel wherever they so chose, Gallifreyans were a special race; though secret to most. Often categorized as aliens, though they considered themselves far more advanced than such a term implicates, they were thought to be scary and dangerous. While dangerous might stand true for some, not all were reckless and willing to risk it all; often having fair heads on their shoulder. Doctor was a particularly gifted Time Lord, though he was certainly one of the more reckless ones on Gallifrey. Despite his obnoxious, sometimes life threatening ideas; Doctor actually had a rather large family on Gallifrey including a mate and children.
Gallifreyans were a proud race with little fear towards others, and really more curiosity than anything. The only other race they feared even a little were the Daleks, a race that for some reason held a particular hate for the Time Lords. When Doctor was rather old and weathered, the Daleks attacked. This fight turned into much more, and became a very historic event for Doctor alone: The Time War. Why is Doctor alone in this being a part of his history? Because The Time War ended in Doctor destroying his own race and realm; though it was in an attempt to save them all. Hurt, angry, and scared Doctor began looking for another realm. When he landed in Streztais, he was captivated by the canine race and chose to cloak himself as one. While Doctor still has all his Time Lord traits (the ability to regenerate among them), he looks and acts as a regular canine; though his mind may be a tad more advanced than those around him.
As his 11th Regeneration
After regenerating to his current form, Doctor was sent a vision from a still unknown source. This vision showed 2 dogs with the capabilities of restoring the Time Lord race should they be brought together and, then, aboard the TARDIS. Doctor immediately set out to make this happen; eager to see Time Lords become a once more abundant race. This proved much harder than he had originally thought and there were many road blocks along the way.
He started by buying a book store and then employing the female counterpart: Petal. After multiple attempts to get her and Sirius (the male) to meet by sheer coincidence, he was finally rewarded with the perfect situation. Sirius's old enemy had come to town, and found Petal. He began to harass her, and Doctor raced to get Sirius. Sirius came, guns blazing, to protect the girl and the two fell in love. After Doctor got them aboard the TARDIS a few times, he disappeared with the promise to return. He, of course, left to get the world ready for more Time Lords.
His Godchildren were born sometime later, but Doctor had to lock their traits away (and his own) in fob watches as Daleks are once again looking for Time Lords and he knows he and the young puppies will be no match for them.
For now, he resides in Cobalt with the family and lives as a normal canine; though he's incredibly restless waiting for his chance to again board and fly the TARDIS.

Monroe: Doctor met Monroe late one night at the cafe she works in. He noticed she seemed down, so he offered her the "adventure of a lifetime." Feeling as though she had little to lose, Monroe accepted... and was promptly jolted into a world she could never hope to understand. Doctor did bring her home, where she attempted to lead a normal life; but once you know the things she now knows... Well your life is anything but. She often takes breaks, leaving Reese in her place at the Cafe, to adventure with Doctor. Owned by Shadow.
Zip: A good friend and occasional companion. Owned by ?Jaq?.
Sirius & Petal: Doctor is the reason these 2 love birds fell for each other. He didn't so much "construct" it as force it to happen. In the beginning, his mission was one based on selfish reasons; but he has grown the love the two almost as though their his children.
Sireen, Alzarius, Magnus, Cassius, Cheem & Chronos: Doctor claims these pups as his Godchildren, considering he's the reason their parents met. He's very close to Alzarius, Sireen and Cheem in particular; but loves them all equally. He chose very specific gifts for each pup, and also gave them the fob watches that now contain their Time Lord traits.

Personality
- Clever: Doctor is incredibly intelligent, and extremely clever. He's very good at coming to out of the box solutions, that tend to work even though they sound incredibly silly and, often times, dangerous. His wit is certainly part of his charm, but also not what makes anyone say as it tends to make him feel a little overly-egotistical. He likes to think he's the smartest in the room and, while that may often be true, it's not polite to just blurt it out.
- Immature: Doctor is not only egotistical, but he's also incredibly immature at times. He often "wins" fights with the iconic, "I know you are but what am I?" comeback; and only wins because the adversary becomes tired of his incessant droning. He is incredibly childish at times, despite always being the one to get everybody out of the pickle. This makes him hard to be around, though they all manage and often tend to love him more for his silly actions.
- Wise: When he's not arguing or saying dumb things, Doctor has proven himself to be very wise at times. He always has some little tidbit of advice he's willing to throw out; chalking it up to his almost 1,000 years. Of course, this doesn't mean he knows he's wise. He likes to think he's a "man's man", though he's more or less just a young pup wrapped in an 950 year old body.
